I tried that it didn't fix that dependency.

yea I did remove it from the string table.

Usually, unless it's a route/session, dependencies appear in two locations - the main part of the config.txt (usually for locomotive assets and the like) and the kuid-table.

Yea the dependency is just in the kuid table not the main part of the config.
