i know this is silly question ? but how do i put a kuid like this 2:328583:1199. it not working for me.

I wouldn't call it a "silly question", I'd call it a line of nonsense text, it makes no sense whatsoever.

Put a :1 at the end and use the search kuid function in CM. It's there.

When searching a kuid only enter the two middle bits. There is no such thing as <kuid2:328583:1199> It is <kuid2:328583:1199:X>. In any case, to search that kuid you need to search 328583:1199.

Now we need to know which version of Trainz you are using. I find Content Manager (from TS06 up) unreliable for searching specific kuids you will have much more luck if you search the old 'black page' DLS here http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php

Just make sure you have all the version boxes ticked and the radio button for 'KUID' immediately below the search box...
