Kitbashing Wabash "Bluebird" Budd Stainless Steel Passenger Cars

I recently I got my hands on a rare addon to my Trainz19 game. It's the Wabash, Frisco & Pacific Trainz's Wabash P-1 Class Hudson which been taken down from their long unused site after they were rebranded. It was suppose to get revamped probably to add the double chimney smokestack and the smoke wings on the front, but it never happened. However, I'm trying to kitbash the Wabash's stainless steel Budd Company built passenger cars used on the Wabash Bluebird Passenger train. Can I kitbash them using existing pieces that I have on my game?

You can kitbash anything you have access to except for locked content. The caveat is you can't share or upload this content without permission from the content-creator based on the license agreement found in the config.txt file.
