IIRC, the locomotive is actually a "Hall" class GWR (4900 - loco 5972) repainted.
The route use is across the Glenfinnan viaduct (well the best visuals), and you can follow that route on the "Jacobite" - operated by the West Coast railway Commpany - who also own the Olton Hall/Hogwarts Castle.
There isn't a Hall on the DLS - but there is a Castle (Defiant)

The Glenfinnan viaduct is on the West Highland Line - between Mallaig and Fort William
Type in "Fort William" to a CMP/DLS search there are a couple of routes available.
