I saw on the forums that one of the moderators said that Auran no Longer Exist. Is this true? And also i saw N3V owns Trainz now. Is that true also?

Auran became a subsiduary of N3V in late 2007 early 2008 after a financial restructure.

So they filed Bankrupsy? And is that why trainz 2012 hasn't been as good and the bugs havn't been fixed yet? And what basically happened when the Financial Restructure occured with Auran?

Thanks frogpipe. I see what happen. They Filed Bankrupsy right after the game Fury was a huge flop. And Trainz 2009, 2010, and 2012 use the upgraded Auran Jet graphics.

If you would learn to use the search feature, or even browse the forums for more than 5 minutes, you probably would have seen a recent (last week an a half) answer to your question. In fact, a N3V staff himself replied to a comment of mine affirming this.
