This locomotive, an aging baldwin 2-6-0 Works at a sugar cane operation...in Cuba. The locomotive though, is named. Australia :).

She is retired from heavy work and actually pulls for a tourist line. Hoever, the "naming" of locomotives isn't uncommon down there. Consider the following:

Simon Bolivar. A preserved Vulcan 2-8-0 in 30". A sister of this was in use in 2002 in Australia.

Cuba Libre....which is ironic, when you consider that means "Free Cuba."
