I just got Eagle River railway for TRS22 PE, NS First responder SD60E, and NS Veterans SD60E. But they are missing some stuff, for them to work which I don't have. WHY? Also, when I do look at them from the game, some stuff says unavailable to download or missing.

Maybe start looking for what you need here, if it does not allow you to download it from TRS22 PE Content Manager...

So far, I got NS First responder SD60E, and NS Veterans SD60E to work, but on the jointedrail.com I don't see the rest of the stuff to get the locomotives for Eagle River railway to work. Am I doing something wrong?

In your account under Downloads, there are additional packages for locomotives and rollingstock.

When you install these packages, change the filter in Content Manager from installed to Open for Edit. There's a possibility that some assets will be open for edit. Highlight those that remain after everything is installed, right-click and choose Revert to original.

If there are any missing dependencies, right-click on these assets and choose download. There's a possibility that there are parts needed that are located on the DLS.
