I just got Eagle River railway for TRS22 PE, NS First responder SD60E, and NS Veterans SD60E. But they are missing some stuff, for them to work which I don't have. WHY?

Right-click on the assets and choose download. There are some required assets up on the DLs that need to be installed in addition to others that are available for download from Jointed Rail.
