I just started using the Jointed Rail signals on my TANE. I'm wondering what the channel number is used for? Are they tied to the ATLS system? If so, how does that work? For the most part, I do have the signals working correctly.
I haven't used them yet but I believe it's purpose is for when multiple signals are approach lit. For example with NYC signals, double track-both signals facing train would light up when approached as opposed to just the signal on the same track as the train..
