JR Roundhouse

Hey guys,

I've seen a particular turntable or roundhouse that I'm trying to find again it looks to be from JR (Jointed Rail) but im not sure does anyone know which one I am talking about and could you direct me to it's location?

got a pic of it? or something a little more descriptive? How many stalls, what style, etc?

As far as I know, JointedRail does not have a roundhouse, but if you want to change the track its easy. If you dont know how then follow these steps. 1. place the roundhouse where you want. 2. Select the jointed rail track you want, in this we will use the JR Lt Grey Terrain. 3. Under the track option select the get tool and click on track thats attached with the roundhouse (we will use 1 track no ballast). 4. Then replace assets. Swap out the 1 track no ballast with the Jointedrail Lt Grey Terrain track and voila! a jointedrail turntable. Now the roundhouse in question, is it the Santa Fe 120ft Roundhouse?

Sorry PerRock afraid I don't have a picture but I've seen pictures of it before from the looks of it it had between 15-20 maybe a little more but I'm not to sure it looks to be about 120ft long and yes trainman7616 I think it is but I cannot confirm it, if I see a picture I will most definitely post it, and I know Jointed Rail themselves has not made one but I think in underneath the picture it had someone who works for the Jointed Rail Team but again I cannot be certain of that.

if you would like I can take a pic from my game so you can see if thats it. it has about 18 stalls plus 2 outside the stalls

This is the Roundhouse I'm looking for looks exactly like this one!

Sorry RS, but I just have to ask about that roundhouse. Do you have to download the whole route to get it? Can it be used for a 3 stall roundhouse? You know, like use the two end sections and one stall? I like the look of that roundhouse and I love the turntable!

Cheers........Rick

AFAIK, the only way to get it is to download the whole route, but it's well worth it. The route itself is excellent. As I recall, the whole roundhouse is one object, so it's not possible to use only a piece of it.

Thanks Fitzy! Rats, that's a fine looking unit! I'm not making fun of your name bud. I used to work with a fella with the same name. We called him Fitz, Fitzy and a few other names. If someone asked if we knew a Fitzsimmons, we had no idea who they were talking about!

Cheers....Rick
