JR rolling stock us truck sounds and jointed rail train effects library v 1.34

Has anyone been able to figure out how to get the jr roliing stock sounds functioning again in tane sp hf 2 as i still here the default sounds and can't seem to get the jr ones working again.


Also has anyone getting the not authorized to open the jointed_rail_train_effects_library_v_1.34. As it won't get installed.

Seems to me when i looked into somebody had changed the 2 bogey sound files with the same KUID.

Care to elaborate on which 2 bogey sounds files with the same kuid. Then how i can fix it on my end?
