Jointed Rail Problems

I tried to get on to jointed rail this morning but none of their products show up in the payware section. Does anyone know what is wrong with the site?

I tried to download some freeware last night from that site, and had to re-register. Now my past purchases don't show up, so I am wondering if they are going to fix that or not.

I had to re-register, (same details as before) to get on.

Freeware now seems to show as "out of stock" but you can still get to the download links.

Seems to be to encourage more donations; fair enough.

We still have a list of tweaks to work out, the "out of stock" issue is up there on the priority list. You will have to create a new account as we feel that it's much safer vs. importing the old database. As for you past purchases, we do have a record of those and will see about restoring those as well. Not sure if that will be entirely possible, but we will certainly look into it! Also you will need to be logged in to see or download anything. Main reason for this is so we don't get hammered with bots just downloading content to waste bandwidth.

Also it's much quicker to submit any support requests via support@jointedrail.com if it's something you need help with sooner vs. later.

Just checked that link, and it appears to be working fine here. Try clearing out your internet browser's cookies (note - this will cause it to forget certain information given to sites e.g. login information, and will also cause you to be temporarily logged out of the forums (but you can re-login)
