jointed rail offset signal

first jointed rail has some of the best signal i have seen
and i have the safe train signals in use on my CSX Queens gate route

My question is i understand how the offset signal work and would like to use them but when i pick them in surveyor the kuid # comes up red.
I have checked in cm and i find no errors or warning at and i have downloaded the newest signal libary 1.51 .
when i have a ai loco come up to the offset it will stop no matter what the signal ahead state is

any ideas

Yup,..

I've had the same issue since about two updates ago. All of a sudden they stopped working correctly for AI and they always show "red" in custom cab also. I like the offsets but, had to get rid of them on three of my routes and no current updates fix them. It's been reported a few times on the forum but, everyone seems to think they work correctly. (I thought maybe it was just a 2010 thing) So, I just don't bother to use them anymore and all works ok without them. Maybe Justin (ns37) will see this thread and look into it a bit more...

i dont know of a problem with them. latest version is on the DLS. its the same object i have with the same modification date.

Hi Justin,

Yeah I got that kuid along with the latest library no errors in either. It may just be one of those trainz isolated problems. I dunno.. Phatom may just need to update a few things. I keep JR stuff updated regularly and the updated signals that you released about the same time work fine. I Deleted and re-installed twice and no fix. It was after I updated the signal library that it all went to hell and all AI traffic stopped. The offset is the only one throwing up a stop indication to AI and the custom Hud. Just tried it again and still doesn't work. Didn't mean to make it sound like the content is at fault. Just that there is something funky going on here and there. No biggie.

did all the updates and such still have same problem
i just took them out of the route no big deal just wanted to know if i was doing something wrong or not

i dont think so. it might be in the signal system. i will be making a 1.6 update soon enough.

All content in red...

All 3rd party custom content shows red kuid's/titles in Surveyor. That no longer means it is faulty.
