I just download the signals of of www.jointedrail.com. Problem is they will not show up on surveyor. I have downloaded also downloaded the coronas. Are they missing something else? Anyone else had this problem?

Those signals are pretty nice, except for the fact that they missed a very important one.
They were made to work in TS2009. What version of Trainz are you running?

You're missing the whole point. The reason that a distant signal has 2 three light heads is to tell you HOW to approach the interlocking.i even have a nice little board with a D on it.
Where did I say that I don't like them, I stated:Hey mouse, if you don't like them, don't download them!
I actually like them a lot, because those are the signals that I see while I'm running a train at work. If the full set was available, THOSE are the signals that I would use, seeing that I model the NS on all of my routes. Those signals are pretty nice, except for the fact that they missed a very important one.
Sorry. Not my site. It's Justin's and Mikes. He mentioned to me before he don't have 04 so he don't know if it works their. He has 06 and 09 so that's were he tests.Would have been useful info to post on your website, slave driver man.![]()

Clear - Green over red, staying on the main, track speed
Approach - Yellow over red, approach, prepared to stop at next signal.
Approach Limited - Yellow over flashing green, approach the interlocking at limited speed(40 mph), you're taking the siding.
Approach Medium - Yellow over green, approach the interlocking at medium speed(30 mph), you're taking the siding or you're approaching a short block.
Approach Slow - Yellow over yellow, approach the interlocking at slow speed(15mph). same as an approach medium, but at a slower speed.
The number plate on the mast tells you that it's an automatic signal, not dispatcher controlled.
I have looked through my rule books for the three railroads that I run over, NS, CP and RBMN, none of them use a board with a D on it for a distant signal. The only place that I know of that uses a D plate is Metro North down in NJ and that is a NORAC rule for push-pull trains.

i have functioning distant signals that have yet to be released.
brickbuilder i am curious to know what you mean by there not being a version that can work with modern signal ladders.
