I don't think the pic is old. And I may NOT have the name, but try going into the surveyor and 'pick grab' the streetlights u like.

hey isn't that like a road set that came with the tram tracks and street lights built in? I kinda remember seeing it in the 2009/2010 section

With the addition of the Odakyu railway network, I also have started recreating the Hankyu railway. There is not much progress.
