Japan

New crossing components

Hello everyone.

I am proud to announce that I will be able to make my Japanese railroad crossing assets available for download.:D

Thanks go to Adrian19 and Boat for scripts and the barrier assets.

Here is a picture of what I should be able to release in the near future.

This system for the most part is modular so that you can make a crossing to fit your needs. The only current exception is the set at the far left.
The red and green boxes are for additional warning sounds making 10 sounds in total.

These assets are designed for use with the ATLS system.
I will first be releasing the barriers and the fully done up light set.

The 42in gauge track is curtacey of Sirgibby and is available at his website.

I hope you enjoy!

Hi there!
I've downloaded a set of 'JP Xing' and am studying more about ATLS.
Here is my stuff under the development...pavement(sidewalk), crosswalk, footbridge and traffic sign(painted on the road). Thanks.

BTW, is my English correct? What is difference in sidewalk and pavement?

Hi there.

Keimei-san, generally 'pavement' refers to the part of the road that the cars drive on, the so called 'road surface'. 'Sidewalk' is used to describe a path along the side of the road that pedestrians can walk on. The new stuff looks great and will help add that extra level of detail.:D

Cheers.

Hi everyone.
I thought since this is a screenshot thread that I'd post some pictures of a route I'm working on. They are larger than what I usually post, but I want you to see what I saw. Taken in surveyor using Alt+Y.

@trainman184-san
Thank you for your kindly teaching.
Your route is so fantastic...and interesting! I guess it has the 'prototype' of real Japanese scenery, isn't it? It looks actually existing. I cannot make such a cool one.

@Hanshin-san
Unfortunately I'm not so familiar with Kodama, but your model looks very nice. Do you have any photos of the interior?

Thnaks!

 WHAT THE HELL DO THESE PICTURES SAY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Fred

prre6, you are more likely to have your question answered if you use less !s and ?s, give more detail and not use capital letters all through the scentence.

New route

Hi all.
Now I finished working of Japanese route, would be registered on DLS soon. Very small, one board, route only(no session).
That is named 'Otaku street', its main actor is not trains but street and traffic. And, it is an example of how you build a city of Japan. I hope this can be a little bit help for your Japanese route. Enjoy a trip to Japan!

Hi Keimei-san. Your route looks very nice.:D I'd say as far as scenery goes, your much better than me when it comes to cities.
I look forward to exploring it for a few hours and using it as a guide for the cities on my route.:)

Cheers.

Wow! That's a really amazing looking route, Keimei-dono! As usual, you never fail to disappoint! Well done, sir. Domo Arigato Gozaimasu!

Sadly, it appears that I may not be able to enjoy this latest example of your handiwork, or indeed nearly any of your latest releases. Since June 2nd, every single asset of your's (engines, rolling stock, scenery, everything) has come up in my CMP's Download Helper with the infamous red-highlighted "Unknown Content Error". The bit that really puzzles me though is that I have had this error with only one other member's content: 321's London Transport track series.

I have done some limited research into this issue, but it seems this is one error that cannot be cleared by myself. I have tried bypassing the Download Helper with 321's LT track, but to no avail. If anyone out there knows how to solve this puzzle, I would be eternally grateful.

Sirrliv do you have your TS09 patched to SP4? Most of Keimei-san's assets from then to now are for TS2009SP4/TS2010.
I was using TS09 SP3 and had that same problem. When I patched to SP4 the problem disappeared. Hope this helps.

Cheers.

Thanks, sirrliv-san, trainman184-san.
I didn't consider about Patch version. There is no much difference, I thought. SP4 is good for me, my assets is gone there.
Since I only have TS2009(SP4), cannot be debugging with other versions(TS10/12). Please feel free to let me know if you might have any trouble.

Otaku
