Yes it is, I, Andi and Rizky_Adiputra are now finishing the route. Our target is by the end of 2017, Yamanote is ready to drive.
I'll post more information soon.
Meanwhile, we (I and Rizky) are joining Jtrainz now, so some of our assets belong to Jtrainz. My Tokaido Line and then Rizky's Nototetsu and Joban line will be released shortly by Jtrainz after Yamanote. We hope that by the year 2018, we can release: Yamanote, Tokaido Line, Joban Line, Nototetsu, Akita shinkanshen etc.
We are now struggling to finish our Yamanote as an update for our previous Yamanote version. And also Andi's been working on his new EMUs.

I would love to see the Hankyu Takarazuka line in trainz with hankyu 8200 series and 2000 series EMU's.
I got that Densha De D! reference, the 2000 series EMU was already done by Keimei a while ago (along with the 2800 and the 710 series), just search on the DLS.

I know about the 2000 series (well actually its a 2300 series) but an 8200 series would be cool to see in trainz
