Issue with a route

I just downloaded a route, loaded it up, and nothing works. No animations function, I cannot move any consists, and there is no sound. My game is not paused, and I'm in build 119449. Can anyone help?

The route in question has a 5.2 build and your TRS22 build might be 5.1 as it is the retail version.

How do I check if I have SP1 or not?
