Is this possible? and a little help

Is it possible to have the user as a AI dispatcher, like overriding AI set switches and signals. And telling them when to move. Also I use to be able to run trainz very well but now I get this gettering effect when i'm driver, it really takes the joy out of driving an 220mph Acela.

Also is it possible to fix the Acela doors? Like be able to open both sides individually, not together.
