..a way in Content Manager to create a filter to find items I have installed with NO dependent assets? I would like to trim some fluff in my local folder of things I never use but I don't want to check each in dividual item to see if it has a dependent asset using it. Thanks!:)

Uh...No is the simple answer. Shane Turner was thinking about a utility that would identify orphaned assets but I don't think that it has been created (yet)

I would think that the only way to get rid of all "Fluff" that you downloaded, and will never will use ... Is to make CDP's of all your favorite custom, 3rd Party, and payware assets ... save them somewhere ... and reinstall the game fresh, with only the basic built-in assets (that btw can not be deleted).

Me myself, I have the worlds largest accumulation of assets downloaded, and my PC hardly stutters ... it just locks up ! lol

Unfortunately, I haven't got round to creating it yet due to problems with TS12 SP1, and I've got to look up the correct coding for it.

It's possible that TADDaemon.exe generates a dependency map as a directed graph connecting the various based on their KUID tables, with edges directed from an asset to its dependencies. That's probably how it returns the dependent assets list so quickly. If you can read that graph, you can select the nodes that are purely sources, i.e. assets to which no KUID-table points.

Thanks for the replys...I figured there wasn't a way yet for orphans; guess I'll just piece thru it on rainy days and trim it a little that way.
