Good Day, all----
Some time ago, I was Reading the Forums and Run into a thread for a
Map/Rout Transfer Program, now I cannot find it. Is it still available? If so,
I want to Tranfer Some of my Routs in TRS2004 to TRS2006.
Your input will be very much appreciated...
Thank you.

Start CMP and use File - Import Content. Point to the each route folder in ...\TRS2004\World\dispatcher\downloads and import to TRS2006.

Robert,

Transferring your information from TRS2004 to TRS2006 is pretty easy. Start CMP for TRS2006, go to the file menu and choose import content. In the dialog box navigate to the World folder for TRS2004. I think there's a dispatcher downloads folder underneath. My memory escapes with this as this is quite vague for me now since I haven't used TRS2004 in quite some time since I upgraded past it.

Click on okay once you find where the data is, and the program will do its thing. Plan on doing this over night, or while you're away. Once the data is in, it may need to be commited. Go to the Open for Edit tab, and select all the items. Either go the menu and choose Edit, Select-All, or CTRL+A on the keyboard. Once all the items are highlighted, Choose Commit from the Edit menu, or press CTRL+M. This will start the commiting process. This too can take some time, depending upon how much stuff you have so plan on doing this over night or when your're away.

Once everything is imported, your personal content, such as your route, will be located under the tab for My Content.

I hope this helps with what you're looking for.

John
