Try Alt + Enter; it makes some programmes switch between full-screen and windowed modes.

If you mean when browsing webpages and want to do stuff like look at screenshots on the Forum without all of the scrollbar and toolbar clutter - F11 key will toggle them on and off.

Oh heck your suppose to read my mind.
If in a TRZ12 window can I go to full screen.
Possible Trainz options edit.

Launcher --> Options --> Display Settings --> Tick full-screen box.

You can also add -fullscreen to the trainzoptions.txt file.

Unless Alt + Enter works, there's no keyboard shortcut.
