Is superelevation coming to Trainz?

I was browsing around in the TRS2009 TrainzDev pages reading some information on the new "stitched" track and I noticed the following tags are to be supported:

mesh-length 0.0
adjust-height-to-ground-threshold -3.402823466e+38
adjust-height-to-ground-offset 0.0
adjust-cross-section-to-ground 1
use-superelevation 0
mesh-table
{
}
track-lod-tree
{
}

Note the use-superelevation tag. Sure looks like we are finally going to get it.

superelevation, how about easements

You are right, that would be awesome, but what I'm hoping for even more is a more realistic curve geometry, with an easement into a curve from the tangent rather than in the middle of the curve.

I could have sworn we already have superelevation. Wasn't that part of TRS2006? I'm sure I've seen some screenshots of it in the forums.

No superelevation yet AFAIK but it has been possible to make some rolling stock tilt as it goes round curves since at least TRS2004, as was done in our very old "Love Boat" scenario.

when it comes out lumpy sometimes it leans, but i have no idea how to control that or even if it can be. (2006 w/o sp1)

What would be nice if the track itself would bank according to the radius of the curve and then the trains bank with it. If It can do that I'll be very happy.:D
