Is Planet Auran the same user name and password as forums?

I am no longer able to login with my "TimBurr" username on the forums but I can login using "TimBurr" on the Planet Auran. I used to be able to login with "TimBurr" on the forums but it has been 6 months since I have been here. can someone explain to me how Auran has this site setup, I never did understand from day 1.

well as far as i know Plantet Auran Acc is the same Acc here in the forums as i have no problems & many else has no problems so i'll get on to surport & find out whats happen if i was you

So if I am able to login to Planet Auran with my TimBurr Acc, then I should be able to login to the forums with my TimBurr Acc also, correct? I know for certain I used TimBurr for the forums always, I had 50 post.

That green "light" by your username means you're online. Perhaps try on a different computer or browser? Otherwise, as Boomer says, you'll have to open a support ticket with Helpdesk.

I managed to figure it out. Apparently my password for my TimBurr Acc is different for the forums than it is for Planet Auran. I simply had to reset the password for the forums. Its been so long since I've been here at Planet Auran that I don't remember if I changed my Planet Auran password or what happened. Anyway it works now and I thank you boomer for all your help, thanks.
