Is it possible for a trainz 'mentor' ( authorised I guess ) to access a trainzers CM - or whatever aspect needs to be sorted - who has serious problems running trainz .
Seeing that the answer is yes I wonder if it is - or has - been done ? I realise it is stacks of work and judging by the threads I have read there must be scope for this. Even if there would be a minimum charge/donations involved it would be worth a trainzers while surely, and possibly save bucks by not having to buy unnescessary software and other stuff whereafter the problems still remain anyway.
I've done a few remote support sessions myself previously with a couple of Trainz issues, but it normally requires at least two PMs first in order to send across confidential details like passwords.
