Is FBX exporter broken after SP2?

I had no problems before exporting from Blender to TRS2019 using FBX. Now I can't get even the simplest object to commit via CM. I get unsupported "file type fbx". My config txt becomes a chump file in explorer. I tried to recommit folders that previously worked OK.

Is there a way to return to pre-SP2? Can you download the previous version?

It's been working for me. Make sure your Trainz-build is 4.5 or higher.
