Iportals Not working

They accept trains but don't spit them back out!
The notification works saying that a train has arrived but Ctrl-right-clicking enables properties and editing with no way to eject the train from the portal.

They sort of work. I had to change a lot of parameters from what I used before.
I put in Send to user even if the destination is only within this computer
I needed to add a Check for trains every 1 minute.
After restarting Trainz, the test session worked. I'm not sure if this is a one-time working on restart or this is a permanent set up.
I still think this buggy because this isn't how they used to work. We used to be able to manually eject a train from an iPortal and that doesn't work now.
