Thats most probably a virus, trojan, or anything else that has decided to start living on your PC.
Unless you can point to which specific word it is and we experience that too (I havent seen any yet), I think it is time to do some serious virus and trojan testing on your PC.
There are certain advertising sites that display advertisements when certain words are selected - could really do with knowing which page(s) are affected.

Hi Shane. It is on words that are highlighted and underlined in blue. Just hover your mouse over one of these words and it opens a small window advertising said product.

Your browser has probably been hijacked by adware. Google "text enhance", read some of the pages about it, and see if that sounds like what you're experiencing. If so, follow the advice about removing it.

Just finished doing virus, Trojan and malware scans and nothing is showing. It must be something to do with IE10 I downloaded a couple of days ago. This version was for Win 7 64bit. It's only since then that this has happened, yet it is only showing up on the Trainz forums. Think further investigation is needed.
