invalid ticket

I recently purchased the UP Heritage Pack. And after getting comformation that the money has gone in to there bank. All I get is a invalid download. Any help or information on what to do next will be helpful.

give that a try. I have recieved a email a few minutes ago with a list of downloads. Once these have been downloaded is there a appropriate folder that these need to be put in? In order to run.
