installing trains: a new era on a bigger HD

Hi,
I downloaded my digital copy I had bought some time ago, and all went well (if slowly). after it said "complete", I started the game but a message came up "unable to authorise this product. Please check your MyTrainz account details in launcher-settings-internet", which I did but I don't know what I am looking for. Any ideas?

When you go into 'MyTrainz' make sure you first login.

Then look to the left under 'My Digital Downloads' which will show all the versions of Trainz you have purchased.

At any time, you can re-install them onto a new computer. Once installed, it's important to open the launcher, then open the tab 'Trainz Settings' / then 'Dev' .

Make sure your user ID is correct.

Then open tab 'Internet' and insert your 'User Name' and 'Password'.

Close and from the Launcher, left-click on 'Developer' and select 'Rebuild Database' and let it run.

Close and re-open.

If there are still any problems, then you should raise a query 'ticket' with N3V.

Thanks Roy,
I entered Dev as you suggested, but the user id was a number. I couldn't type in my correct user id as it was greyed out. any ideas.
