Installing Train Driver (West Somerset Railway)

Has anyone had this problem when you want to install a Trainz product (disc formation) and you insert it into the drive. The computer confirms that the CD is in and you confirm the installation. Afterwards nothing loads up.

This is what happens when I insert the West Somerset Railway add on.

How can I get it to work?

Disks are incompatible with TS12 SP1 and TANE, in fact I don't think you can install that beyond 2009.
