Hello, welcome back. First, make sure all Trainz executables are configured to run as administrator. To do this, right-click each one and select Properties. Go to the Compatibility tab and ensure the box for "Run this program as administrator" is checked. Click OK.
Next, launch Trainz. In the launcher, you should see a 5-digit build number in the bottom right-hand corner. Find that number in this list. Be sure to install the patches that bring your game up to build 49922.
If you cannot find your build number, post it here and someone will assist you further.
On topic, Alco: Glad to hear that the patches are going well. Be sure that you are running as administrator and that the patching process is allowed to proceed to completion. It may take several hours.
