Importing cdp's

Also on Trainz 09 And 12
So i have trains and scenery (payware and freeware) that are in trainz 12. but things broke and trainz 12 does not work. so i was wondering. is there any way i can down grade the content to trainz 09? i would like my stuff back. i think all my routes are trs12 only but i don't need them. i just want my trains and scenery back. Thanks!

Zack,

Before you attempt to do anything else, straighten out your registration. I believe you were told this before, but I maybe mistaken. By straightening out your registration, your payware and imported assets may work since the registration on your Planet Auran account will be the same as the one on your local machine - hint - use the same username.

You can begin by contacting the help desk. They can merge your accounts so your present one is the same as the one used for your previous Trainz versions.
 
And i have done this before and still no contact after 3 weeks of waiting. also not only is the stuff corrupted. im missing things on the main page of the sim, and 90 percent of my stuff is currupted

This doesn't make sense.

Check your helpdesk queue to see if the ticket has been responded to. There may have been something wrong with the email and your mail client or ISP blocked it as spam. They have also been very busy too with T: ANE which can get in the way of every day stuff like this. If your ticket hasn't been responded to. Edit it and update it to refresh the submission. Creating a new ticket will only confuse them and bog down the process.
 
But i still need help with the cdp's, and now a new problem Content Manger 2.0 wont install cdp's. GOSH. ~zack
