Had to order trainz 2009. I was working on Northern v1.3 while wow took my attention.

But can you update me with some questions i have?

Is trainz 2009 the best train simulator? I was disapointet microsoft didnt release Train Simulator 2.

How is Rail Simulator compared to trainz 2009?

The download station is very slow for me,getting like 13.88 kbps.Is that normal?

It's better than normal! Usual speed is about 4kb/s!
Trainz 2009 still has LOADS of bugs so I'd wait until SP2 gets out before using it really.As for Rail Simulator, that has always had the advantage with detail over Trainz, but Rail Simulator is a lot more complicated in about 3million different ways, so Trainz is a lot more simple, especially in route making. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to make a basic loop of track in RS because everything would have to have this the same and that different and..................

Buy a FCT (first class ticket) Then downloads go as fast as your connection can handle.

I didnt realise i didnt had one Thanks for the tip.

What enjoyed me most was that i downloaded my route which i created in 2004. Just a few bugs, but it worked ok. Maybe i'll continue on this route or create a new one
