The hood shape looks like Dash-9, other than that, there's no way to tell what it is.

CN 2304 an ES44DC as others have stated.

I've seen the video that goes with that picture. It is something to watch. At least the driver didn't have to worry about steering as I doubt he could see a thing out windscreen.

I've actually seen this occur in real life about 20 years ago. I was waiting at the crossing in Andover, MA when a freight came blasting through the snow bank. The snow completely covered my windshield!
