I need help!!!

I downloaded Trainz 2009 2 years ago when it first came out. Since then I have always enjoyed it and love the game its self. However, my computer crashed and I had to buy a new one. When it crashed it took my game with it. I need to re download it on my new laptop and continue playing. I have my original Serial Number from my digital download. But when I go online and try to look up my history and re download, there is nothing there. I need to know if there is another way to download my game again and continue enjoying it. If anyone out there can help me I would really really appreciate it!!!

You did get it from N3V and not a third party supplier?

Or you are using the same name as you registered the game with? I ended up with two names due to forgetting I had already created an account.

May work if you register your serial number using the Serial number Link at the top of the forum first.

Failing that raise a helpdesk ticket and quote your serial number as there is no other way of downloading other than from order history.

If all else fails 2009 is very cheap now as its getting a bit old.
