I need a huge help concerning TS on Mac

First, I apologize if there is any spelling/grammar mistake in this thread, I'm French.

I've just download Trainz Simulator on Mac, it perfectly works but there's a problem. There's no route, no trains and no tutorial. So I was wondering if it was normal and what solution do you offer me?
