You do, and I would strongly advise against emailing private information to other people of whom you know nothing about. Not to say that the person is unreliable and dishonest in intent, but it's not good practice to trust your personal documents with strangers. This is a public forum and all problems relating to Auran should remain public in order to best serve your needs.

In case anyone's wondering, I had the address from the details on the order system anyway so no additional danger in him sending it to me. But the address was in Italy and the user's profile says Belgium. So I was making sure I wasn't going to send the package to somewhere many hundreds of miles from where he was

Beeing also myself a network security tech I preferred to post " Belgium " just to avoid to tell my real country but in this case I smelt I could trust Mike just because I assumed he watched my public profile that states Belgium therefore his one was a pertinent question.
Doing my job every now and then I'm quite paranoid in terms of security

I am deeply sorry for not posting since today but I have been far away from my home city for a while and later on several things prevented me to post.
Anyway, I have to say that after few days from your post, Train Classics arrived to me and I am deeply grateful for your professional behaviour and your interst in my problem.
I have appreciated it really a lot.

i got my boxed set from auran within 5 days
i think their service is fine.
but i only live down the road a few 100 km's from brisbane.
Still it did get here quickly and safely.
And was delivered by aust post courier.

I ordered the Content Creation Art Pack about two months ago. It took six weeks to arrive as Auran were temporarily out of stock. The PR mistake that they made was to send me a confirmation of my order, telling me that it had been shipped, when it hadn't. That's not good.
