I have a problem registering my key

Im gonna try and make this as short as possible:
I already had a Planet Auran account which i used to register my Trainz2012 and Blue comet pack keys.
Then the email that i used to create that account got hacked and deleted so i had to make a new one.
Because of that i also had to make another account because for some reason i couldnt log in to my auran account.
But now my keys cant be registered because they were on the old account.
So how can register my trainz keys on my new account?
Please someone help.

You will need to contact Helpdesk, as community members cannot deal with that kind of account issue. You will need to include the username of the account that has the serial numbers registered.

Open a Helpdesk ticket. Odds are they won't give you a new serial number, but will let you into your existing account.

Does anyone know where I can get my serial number from for my copy on my macbook? I bought it through itunes and installed but I just can not locate the serial number anywhere?!?!?!

For Spectre00x, as others have suggested, please contact the helpdesk regarding this, as we cannot provide assistance for such issues via the forums.

For, Welshtoby, the iTunes edition of Trainz Simulator Mac does not require a serial number, as activation/registration is automatic. Your TS:Mac has already been registered to your account, and as such you should now have access to the online functions in Trainz.
