That's true if you bought your product before Simulator Central was launched.

What you need to do will depend on your TS12 build number on the Launcher.

When you start TS12 SP1, do you get any popup boxes appearing when you go into the download update section, on the start screen?
there should be two SnC1 and SnC2, if not submit a ticket to the help desk, tell them that you have received the old download but you can't get the TS12 SP1 version of SnC from the download update section of trainz
