Currently, the route name is "New Route" as default. :p Feedback is welcome, positive or negative and any suggestions are more than appreciated.

To me, it looks good enough to call whatever you like. I would suggest something from you past experiences. Lots of fantasy or fictious routes around here. Is this your first?

PS: Personally, I found it hard to get very much feedback in this forum on the routes I was building. I guess I am just not in the clique. Hopefully you can do better than an occasional compliment.

I am no good at naming routes either.. I use generic names like river side,

my suggestion Southton and south field

Thanks guys! :)

And yes, this is pretty much my first major route. I've played around with surveyor before, but nothing big.

Now I keep having a problem of the trucks off the engines are dissapearing when I go to Driver mode.

Haha, yes, you could call it that. It's so far a ficticious railroad in Whooooo Knows where:D

I generally name routes starting with the Letter "A", Ex, like: Appalachian...so it is at the top of the list. And I use all capital letters in the title, so it stands out on the list, so I know not to ever delete it.

I'm working on one PRR route called Drainlick Grassflat Snowshoe Gumstump Bellefonte RR

There is a town in Pa named S.N.P.J (stands for Slovenska Narodna Podporna Jednota) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S.N.P.J.,_Pennsylvania Population: 14
http://www.snpj.org/fest_page.html <---I think there are alot of Polka fans there, and they have their own town OmPaPa Band, ya think ?

You can name your route now: "A NEW ROUTE1", and 5 years from now "Edit Route", and save as a brand new name.

Sometown? Anywhereville? Imagineby?

I feel your confusion, I absolutely suck at naming imaginary routes, so I try as much as possible to replicate real routes. Or if I have a fictional project, I name it after where it is, like "Idaho Narrow Guage". I don't know why I got Idaho, but somewhere mountainous in northern United States, nowhere near the coast. And don't say Sascatchewan! Oops, that's Canada!:hehe:
Or sometimes I name the route after the company operating it, eg "Canadian Pacific" or "New York Central" (which I deleted and renamed Northeast Seaboard)

I hope this solves your issues,
Scottling
