I cannot see my mouse trail

I have an HP Pavilion dv7 with Windows 7 Home Edition and a wireless Logitech mouse that works normally in all programmes except Trainz 12. The mouse trail is invisible in Trainz, but if I pass over a command box, it works normally. The problem is that I cannot see where my mouse is. Any ideas?

Check that your video drivers are up to date.

I have the dv6 series version with Vista

But, it runs Trainz like a charm!
