ok just found it. i have internet explorer nine, windows 7. at the top right of the screen, then under there, theres buttons with a down arrow that say page v | safety v | Tools v |
if i click page, theres an option that says Encoding, then says western european. if i click more, i find japanese, chinese, etc.
so yeah go to page>encoding>english
Tools, Options, Content, Languages, Choose.
What about if you go to UserCP, edit Options, down the bottom there is a language selection panel ... mine is English US and there is an option for simplified Chinese. Maybe that is set incorrectly on yours?
