How to shut off and turn on engines

Hi,

Does someone know if there's a possibility to shut off a loc's engine?

I have a lot of locs in a roundhouse and every engine is still on.
Also the diesels and steamlocs are smoking all day long.
Reason I want to shut them off: all together it's quite NOISY and in my opinion not necessary to leave them on.

I use TS2010EE.

There should be an engine shut-down/crank-up rule/Driver command available for your sessions in the "Edit Session" dialog.

Seems to be they forgot that in 2010 version...

I can not find any command or button to switch it off.
