How to replace missing asset

In surveyor i have a route that was downloaded but the track does not appear. i can see the placement for it, but how do i swap a regular track with that one without manually going through and deleting each section and placing a new one?

The best way is to download the missing kuid, it will be in a list when you bring up the route in Content Manager, right mouse click on the route, choose missing dependencies. Copy and list them here, someone will help you.

Seen this often especially working/modding older routes to my taste. My fix is to determine the KUID of the 'shadow' track first, then open the ROUTE config file and copy over it the KUID of your favorite track.
