how to remove section of fence

first i'm running trs2012latest build route is the "TLX"leasing route from MGtrains. i'd like to know if i can remove a section of the chain link fence so i can place a road to connect to the existing that's on the layout so i can build a access road to the TLX building?

Not being a route builder but you could place a couple of spline points to the section to be deleted and then delete the section required for your road.
