How to play CO-OP

Hi Ive run into a problem. Some of my friends and I wanted to run the same railroad together how would i do this? PLEASE HELP!

Do you mean playing Trainz in Multiplayer? That idea has not been implemented in to Trainz yet (to my knowledge), but people have been discussing it a lot for ages.

There is a thread in the Suggestions Boxcar section called "ONLINE MULTIPLAYER... POSSIBILITY?", where much of the discussion has been taking place. Be warned, though, that that thread has 859 replies (58 pages worth).

Cosmomoman, Right at the time the closes to multi player is Iportaling. Now if you want I'll help you get started. Iportaling is where players send trains to each other for loading/unloading product. With iportaling you use any route that you like,but the other person(s) don't run on your route. You take command of the train or give a command to the driver. Now with iportals you can only send a train no longer then 47 cars & loco's. You can use all built-in rolling stock and anything that the other players have that you have too. If a train comes out of a iportals and goes back in that mean that you didn't have one or more of the cars he/she sent. BTW I'm on everyday between 330 & 630 PM EST USA. There 4 sometime more iportaling at that time.Come join us.
