You may want to post this under the Content Creation Support Forum here: https://forums.auran.com/trainz/forumdisplay.php?12-Content-Creation-Support. You may also want to be more specific about what kind of texture you want to create, such as a ground texture, or a texture to apply to a building or object, etc.

Don't let the ts2009 in the link fool you. It is the main wiki for all things Trainz. Unless you are speaking of PBR textures. Are you wanting to learn PBR textures? Again, you need to be more specific, and you should probably post down in the Content Creation Support forum linked above.
