How to make a fence with square corners

I am new with Trainz and am working on a new route. I have Trainz 2010EE edition. In surveyor I am trying to build a fence around my ranch layout. I guess you build fences in the spline mode just like laying tracks. When I try to make the corners it wants to make them curve when connecting the splines at the corners. I don't want a curved corner, I just want a square corner. Would appreciate any help on this. Thanks.....

There is a bhutton (in advanced options i think) that says "Split Spline" when hoverd over (It's hard to describe what it looks like). if you press that and tghen press the circle showing where the two segments mee it will seperate them causing a sharp change in direction for the fence

View from above and set your corner vertices about where you want them. Then click 'Split Spline' (lower right button), and then click on the corner vertice, viola. Hold the 'Shift key down and zoom in (down close) to fine tune your corners. This allows post corners to merge if yer really fussy. May have to move one out and away first to square it. Just keep the 'Shift key' down while arranging them with the mouse. Should work for all splines.

Shift works with Every single Spline. Including Track.

sometimes, if many things are almost in one place (spline type) then there is nothing like shift clicking not to allow to connect the ends. Or sometimes it is impossible to place an end of a spline in a place - shift clicking resolves the problem. Also, if you want to lift things for a smaller amount or rotate an object more precisely - ctrl + click
