There are visible and invisible whistle/horn signs that the AI will honk/whistle at.

ok thanks can you help me with the crossings issue on the fourm please how do i get crossings to work :D i placed them and lined them up with the tracks but they do not go down or anything :/

You won't get into trouble for posting a lot of help requests - that's how we all learn.

To make the AI "blow its horn" you will need to put a whistle object on the track - they work like signal objects. In the real world these were actually track signs that had a big "W" or the word "Whistle" on them and they can be found in the track objects tab - but some of them are decoration only, they do not force a whistle or horn sound.

One that I use that does work is called "Whistle Board" and came with the TR12 installation, but there are others.

There is an AI Driver instruction called 'Hornz'.
Download it from the download station, and you can put it anywhere within the list of AI instructions for a particular driver.

You need to register your copy of Trainz first, use the "Serial Number" tab at the top of this page and enter your number in there, then you can get full access and lots of help as we will all see what version you have bought.
